Summary

  • Cookies used: own and third-party
  • Are they used to obtain statistics? No. We measure how the Service is used with our own statistics, without cookies.
  • Third-party services that set cookies through this website: Stripe, Cloudflare

How to set up and disable cookies

You can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device from your web browser. If you do not allow cookies to be installed on your device, some parts of the website, such as signing in or paying, may not work properly. Here are the instructions for setting up cookies in each browser:

1. Types and uses

The Service uses its own and third-party cookies to keep you signed in, provide the service and protect it against fraud and bots. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

3. What types of cookies are there?

Depending on who manages them:

  • Own cookies: they are sent to your browser from our servers or domains.
  • Third-party cookies: they are sent to your browser from a computer or domain that we do not manage directly, but a third party does, such as a payment provider.

Depending on how long they stay active:

  • Session cookies: they stay in your browser’s cookie file until you leave the website, so none remain on your device.
  • Persistent cookies: they stay on your device and our website reads them every time you visit it again. They expire after a set date.

And depending on their purpose:

  • Technical cookies: they make browsing possible and keep the website working properly.
  • Personalization cookies: they let you use the service with some predefined features based on a series of criteria.
  • Analytics cookies: they let us measure and analyze statistically how the service is used.

List of own cookies used (all of them technical):

  • sid: keeps you signed in to your account.
  • gid: remembers the texts you check before creating an account, so that they are waiting for you when you sign up.

List of third-party cookies used:

  • Stripe: the __stripe_mid cookie is used to prevent fraud when you pay.
  • Cloudflare: its cookie protects the website against bots and automated use.

Similar technologies: if you arrive from an ad, we save the ad click identifier in your browser’s storage (not in a cookie), as explained in our Privacy Policy.
