Refund Policy

1. Cancel whenever you want

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• from Billing, in your account;
• from the unsubscribe page, with your email and without logging in;
• or by writing to .

After cancelling, you keep access to the Service until the end of the current billing period or trial period, as applicable, and nothing more is charged.

If you cancel during the trial, before it ends, the subscription does not renew into the monthly plan and you will not be charged again.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of subscription, without having to give any reason.

3. Refunds

You can request a refund of the amounts paid within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with this policy and the applicable regulations. Once the refund has been processed and accepted, access to the service ends.

The refund is made to the same card or payment method used to pay.

The service contracted is personal and non-transferable, so it may not be assigned to other users. If no refund is requested within that period, you keep the right to use the service until the end of the contracted period.
